How do I pay for my order?
We process payments via Stripe, an industry leading secure payment system trusted by major online retailers and services such as airlines. You can pay using your Credit or Debit card at check out. The payment information is encrypted.
How much is the postage?
We offer flat rate postage for our online orders:
$7.00 for orders shipped within Australia.
$20.00 for worldwide orders.
For orders over $150.00, shipping is FREE for Australia addresses.
What currency are the products displayed in?
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Do you offer refunds?
We will gladly offer refunds on faulty goods. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
When will I receive my parcel?
Australia – In general, Brisbane & SE QLD orders will be received within 1-3 business days. Deliveries to nearby cities will arrive within 2-3 business days. All other deliveries, including rural towns, may take up to 5 days.
USA – Goods arrive in USA in roughly 3-4 days. Delivery time to your door then depends on US Customs. We have been informed that there are sometimes lengthy delays in US Customs due to anti-terrorism procedures.
Europe and Asia – Goods are will arrive in your country in about 7 business days. Peak postage times in your country, however, can cause delays in parcels being processed through customs. Please check with your own country’s Customs Department to see how long processing takes once goods arrive in the country.
Rest of the World – It’s hard to estimate the total time of delivery to your country. Generally, orders will be processed and delivered to your country within 7-14 days. The actual delivery date will depend on the customs procedure of your country and the efficiency of the post system.
